Léa joined the Living Wage Foundation in February 2025 and leads our media and messaging work.

She oversees our media strategy, making sure that word about our work reaches the right people and that our research and campaigns get the attention they deserve. She has a background in media and communications in the charity sector, including roles at the Refugee Council and Child Poverty Action Group, and loves finding the right words to bring stories to life and make complex issues easier to understand.

Matt joined the Living Wage Foundation in April 2022 as communication officer and moved into a new role as Media Manager in August 2024. His role involves promoting the organisation’s work in press and broadcast media.

Natasha joined the Living Wage Foundation in November 2024 as a Communications Officer. Her role involves celebrating and promoting the work of the foundation through social media, press outlets, and the website. 

Before joining the Living Wage Foundation, Natasha worked as the Messaging Lead for Animal Think Tank, where she crafted persuasive messages for the animal freedom movement. She is passionate about creative storytelling and using the arts as a tool for change, and has also worked and volunteered in digital communications, illustration, and graphic design for charities such as the International Tree Foundation and the Mare and Foal Sanctuary. 

In her spare time, Natasha enjoys crafting pottery animals, running, and watching movies.
